Do you recycle what you shred?

All the material shredded is recovered for recycling at the highest possible resource value. We are committed to recycling where possible.

What materials can I have AXD destroy?

Almost any material that requires obliteration prior to disposal can be accommodated provided that it meets the AaE guidelines for shipping of hazardous material. 

 Is your shredding certified?

All our shredding facilities meet the current guidelines as laid down by The National Privacy Principles (NPP4).

 I didn’t receive my certificate of destruction

Some SPAM filters intercept our confirmation emails. Please set your mail filters to accept email from support@allexpressdestruction.com.au. If not received, it is available in the tracking section of the website together with your tax invoice and hazardous material declaration.

 Do you surcharge for overweight parcels?

Yes, there may be a surcharge for parcels over the stipulated OH&S 15 Kilogram weight limitation per parcel.
